Association Benefits

Many associations today face declining membership and declining revenue streams. They find it difficult to be a prosperous, strong and growing organization. We can help.

By creating a Printing Co-op program, it might be feasible to create a source of monthly non-dues revenue through a 5% royalty paid on all orders placed. The theory is simple, the buying power of the whole association is greater than the buying power of any one member.

We can offer your members a better way of purchasing their custom printing. Products like forms, checks, envelopes, brochures etc. For example, one association recently had 155 members utilize their program and in one year their royalties and contributions to their association exceeded $27,000.00.

We start by conducting a no cost, no obligation print comparison. Each member gets a production analysis, print catalog, order form and price list. Again, no cost, no obligation. Down the road when something comes up for order they just compare prices through the Printing Co-op and if it saves them money and makes sense, we ask members to consider ordering through their association's printing co-op program.
